I was wondering if any of you local folks could recommend a good shop for doing upholstery work on a 328. Restoring sports car is a hobby of mine, and while I’ve never done a Ferrari (this is my first) I’ve done quite a few British cars (MGBs, MGA, Austin Healey), however, I’m not ready to take the plunge and strip out the interior of my 328 yet. Plus, it needs the door panels and center console recovered, and I can’t stitch.

GAHH sells nice kits to redo your interior.

Glad you're enjoying the car. 328 is a lot of fun for the $.

I think that's the name that Jim Lindsey gave me when we spoke on the phone.

I've checked out the GAHH site in the past, and I'm pretty sure that that's where I'll be ordering from. It would be nice if they offered a panel kit, but that looks like something that I'll have to get the upholstery shop to re-do as well.

AS it stand now, I may end up stripping the interior out, and bring the seats, panels, rear shelf pieces (which I've read are a bear to remove and re-install!) consoles, seatbelt covers and emergency brake cover to the shop, and do the carpets myself.

    Doing the full job eh?

Matt is helpful at reorigionals. I like the Daytona style seat covers even though they are not OEM design.

I thought GAHH sold door panels kits but don't see them listed. They sell it all for a 308. Maybe they don't list it on the site.
Carpet is easy to do- i did mine in a few hours from a GAHH kit.

Thanks for that link to Reoriginals! I'm going to give them a call tomorrow and ask for Matt. Has anyone ordered the door panel set from them?

Also, I see that they list the center console covering. Is this a pre-molded, pre-stitched item that you just replace over the metal base, or is it loose material that has to be cut and stitched? For that price I sure hope it's not just the leather! :)
