Uploading songs from iPhone to PC

Long story short, my laptop crapped out and I lost my iTunes library. Most songs were not purchased through iTunes (iTunes remebers the songs you have bought so they automatically sync onto the computer, other songs dont) I bought a new computer. but can't figure out a way to get my songs from my iPhone to my PC. I know there is a program for mac called the iDrive or somethign like that which basically turns your iphone/itouch into a drive that you can copy and paste file freely like you could on a thumb drive or flash drive. But that program is for Mac, and I'm a PC. Grrrrrr

any tricks?
