    Hello, I am new on this forum and i have a 308QV from 1985.

    I have a question about the upper U joint in the steering column.
    This U joint has a grease nipple, and the question is : Must the grease nipple point to the steering wheel or to the floor?
    The Ferrari dealer in the Netherlands could not give me the answer.

    I don’t think it really matters where it’s pointed at because you can always turn the steering wheel to the position where you can grease it.

    Overthinking a non-existent problem and probably 99% of 308's have never had that U joint greased since it left the factory.
