Saw their logo slapped on the side pod at Barcelona: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BDdAYR4CMAETWAU.jpg:large
When it absolutely has to be there overnight is a less than reassuring slogan for an F1 car. LeMans on the other hand.
FedEx was a sponsor not too many years ago, so I suppose it figures UPS would take a turn. That said, the logo placement and colors are not ideal for a Ferrari livery. Image Unavailable, Please Login
My WAG would be quite a bit higher than that. I have zero evidence, but reckon Kaspersky & similar pay about that for less desirable "real estate". They've got a prime, albeit fairly small, location there, so my guess would be ~$20-30MM for the season. I'm pretty sure Jordan eek: ) once said the sidepods were worth ~$80MM per on a top team. But this was back in the days of "excess" of course....... But what dow we know?........ Cheers, Ian PS - UPS are publicly traded, right? I guess the #'s are simply buried in the books somewhere? I suspect a decent bean counter could look back and then at the current situation and derive something that's close?
The UPS logo might look better on the car if it was moved back 8" to the black carbon fiber The black and gold just clashes with Rosso Corsa
Looks good to me in my quick pchop. Getting rid of some of the white outlines helps too: http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8248/8490689768_e6ce6de046_b.jpg
UPS' logo right next to the most photographed area of the car (the exhaust!) is big $$$. I don't know about $80mm, but big $$$ no doubt.
I'm a big Ferrari fan, but have to pass on my brother's comment: "don't they know that UPS doesn't deliver on Sundays?" everyone's a comedian!
