A not-quite-urban location, but designed for an urban space

I'm a big fan of city living, and love the creativity that lack-of-space (and odd-shaped spaces) fosters. In Philadelphia (where I lived prior to moving to DC) there were some wonderful carriage house apartments and some great converted warehouse spaces.

ps - the residents of Clarendon (where this house is located) aren't very happy about it.
