    Did you try Maranello Concessionaires? They have drawings & 'pattern' parts and an engineering staff to help reproduce.

    If you have original, maybe make a new part? Looks like typical challenges. Perhaps rapid prototype in metal, or conventional machining & silver braze, or TIG weld.

    I think T-Rutlands had some of those at one time when I was rummaging through their parts. Might be worth checking.

    For the number of these that have been removed, I had never really thought about how hard it might be to find them

    If one was to Classiche a US spec Dino, does this have to be installed?
