I am new to Maserati coming from Ferrari. I am about to purchase one but had a question comparing the us version of MC to sport. The only difference I see is the external features plus less 10 bhp for MC.
    Why is MC $15-20K more?

I own an S model 2011 and have driven mc sport several times,
there is a somewhat palpable difference between the two. No big deal
if u like the ground effects buy it , the few extra ponies and trans shift time
    makes almost no diff

MC sure looks hot though but. Bet you can add the carbon parts afterwards to your own taste.

yes but u can hardly tell it needs more to be effective change,,,
having said that buy what u like if u like the ground effects than just buy it.
at that level u are talking about a 10% price difference (more or less)
if u want to save big buy a pre-owned save 30k mine is at the dealer
im trading it in for a ferrari

I found a 2013 sport for 111K and MC for 135K. i found a used MC('12) for 120k. I just love the MC's rear diffuser and the exhaust.
