US Version 86 Mondail Boggs Out

Howdy

Have a US Version 86 Mondail that will not run correctly.

Engine will start and run fine at an idle but will not rev. up.
Engine will bog and try to back fire throw CSI unit.
Engine is going lean.
If I push down on the CSI plate the engine will rev fine.

I have power to the FC valve it is buzzing. My control fuel pressure at idle cold is 39 PSI. Hot pressure is 68 PSI. Fuel volume ¾ gallon 15 seconds. Vacuum gauge reading steady 22 inches at idle.

I have nice KV pattern Bank 1 and 2.

I have tried different FC valve, CSI unit new o/2 sender. Infer red reading at idle CO .75 HC 176.

Running condition does not make a difference if I adjust fuel trim lean or rich.
