    Was wondering, if you had 300 to 500k to invest in property in any part of USA, where would invest?
    Commercial or residential?

    i'd invest 15 bucks into the silver subscriptions, mainly for the b&i section. :)

    With that little money, I would have to say residental.

    O.K., 'on topic':

    '$300-500k to invest--residential or commercial...' that's the inquiry.

    My .02- bare, residential land. Choose a subdivision partly built out with nice homes. pick up a few lots.
    OR: pick up 1 or 2 lots of great 'view' property.

    The rules are: Number one=ocean front; number 2=river front; number 3=anything with a view.
