Edit: Somebody on the Facebooks just wrote that the helmet incorporates sections of track (Daytona oval, Sebring square-ish parts) to form the helmet.

 

What is their claim to fame? Another sports car series is something we don't need unless it offers something the rest don't. Any info??

Oh boy......Can't wait for this. I agree on the swing and a miss thingy. As for the thrift store thing....will they be two for one?? Need rags to polish TR with.

I wish it the best. I hope the merger doesn't kill what little road racing we have in the US. I generally go to the east coast races, glen and limerock, and will continue to go but hope it stays fun. The lack of LMP1 will be a bummer because I want to see the Porsche effort on US soil.

 

I still wonder how the tracks that will loose an event due to the merger will be effected
