    The weld on it actually seems OK, but the inner race of one of the diff bearings spun wearing down where it mounts by about .002". If you are making a sculpture, or want to get in the TR Diff Carrier Aftermarket (and need a sample to measure), or need a huge paperweight ;) would prefer to give it to you rather than recycling it. $100 to cover my hassle to pack it up and the cost to send it to you via USPS Ground Service in the Continental US -- or if you come pick it up at my house you can just have it.
