So I guess it could have been Kimi's fault if he got loose causing JPM to run into the back of him... worst part is they are teammates.... Also, I just noticed that Fisi has overtaken Kimi in the points for 3rd place...
Casting blaming for who's at fault is merely a game of "he said, she said". The stewards have ruled it was all a racing accident and no blame on anyone. Renault is also calling the USGP a one-off for Ferrari - guess time will tell. Carol
I think that Renault is confident that the Michelin tires will outperform Bridgestones at the remaining venues. There is no doubt that outside of Monza and Suzuka that there aren't many tracks left with high-speed straights. It really comes down to BS's ability to close the gap...I think we can all acknowledge that Michelin didn't bring their best to Indy. I still hope that Ferrari/Bridgestone can find a way to close the gap in two weeks. It would make for a much better championship race if it's actually competitive.
I was right there too at turn one (J-Stand). I was nice to not see an open seat any where around me. Great atmosphere to watch the race. It was my first GP so the Ferrari 1-2 was great to see. Mark
