Hey guys, been using Griots stuff on the cars for years and love it....I have been using speedshine as a daily "cleaner/degreaser" on a fabric covered airplane for the past year and it's worked great...been thinking of using their waterless car wash and maybe even trying to use their best of show wax and or spray on wax on the same plane but thought I would see if anyone has tried this yet or has any thoughts about it....I called Griots and the rep thought that I should use their interior cleaner on the airplane since it's fabric covered...since he doesn't get asked this question every day, I understand his answer but I won't be doing that....
My dad has been using FW-1 spray/wax on his J-4 Cub for years and and is really happy with the results and has never had any problems (paint fade etc)....That may be the route I go, but I have lots of the Griots stuff at the house so thought I would ask others' opinions...I understand about testing it in a small area first etc, but am mainly interested in knowing what you guys are using or if anyone has tried Griots car stuff on their fabric covered plane yet......
    Thanks.....
