Thats it!! Was headed that way both times I saw it actually. I also saw one parked at a house in Brigham City, on about 100 E and 500 N or so. A red one.
We reserved a private theater at Thanksgiving Point for a RUSH party this Sat at 11 am. Weather permitting we will bring the cars out. Silver 360 on the freeway this afternoon. North bound I-15 taking the 368 exit into Brigham. Around 130. No pics sorry.

New to the forum and new to the thread so many apologies if this has been answered. Is there a 250 GTO here in Utah, saw one buzzing up I-15 heading north from Draper a couple of months back and couldn't believe my eyes. Traffic was heavy and i needed to pull off so couldn't get a photo, the wife laughed at me for my ranting exclamations!
I actually followed a replica 250 GTO around UVU campus about 12 years ago. No real Cars in Utah though.
