    I have a Paper to do about the U.S. Court System but i'm not familiar with the American system help I don't need anyone to write a paper for me but I do need ideas on how to change the current system or parts of it (ie. Jurry Selection), just wanted to see if anyone could help me out throw some ideas outthere. Thanks. Zee

    Check out the different types of judicial systems that are in place in the world. The United States uses the accusatory system where defendants are represented by a lawyer in front of a neutral judge. It is the prosecution's job to find and collect evidence to convict the man of the crime.

    In other places the inquisitorial system is used. This is where the judge is the primary collector of information and tries the defendant and sets the penalty himself.

    There are obviously different plusses and minuses to these systems, and no one really uses a pure form of either system.
