    Hi All,
    does anyone know what the vacuum level should be coming out of the solenoid to the exhaust valve should be in “inHG” or “mmHG”.

    I’m having issues with inconsistent exhaust tail pipe, complete valve closure. Trying to diagnose, exactly where the issue lies.. exhaust or vacuum system.

    It should be pulling close to full engine vacuum, usually around 18–22 inHg. When the solenoid opens, you’ll see that vacuum going to the exhaust valve. If you’re seeing much less than that, you probably have a leak somewhere (hose, check valve, reservoir) or a bad solenoid.

    The 360 provides the vacuum to the exhaust to maintain valve closure. To open the valve it removes the vacuum.

    I’m seeing about 13 inhg and 15 inhg, strangely it’s the side with more vacuum, that has a slight “tinkling” sound when closed.

    Of course not that happy with this, exhaust is brand new.

    Are you sure it's just the low vacuum here at the exhaust, and not at other points as well?

    Check my most recent topic, I had issues with the check valves.

    Good question Martijn. I need to pull the pipe from the tank and see what the vacuum is and go from there
