OT: You take really nice pictures! They should use your shots on the website.

Thanks Daniel. It's one of a bazillion hobbies I have. I actually had to drive down the street to get the right lighting for these shots...plus I never pass up a chance to drive the Ferrari. It also helps to have a good camera/lens...I used a Nikon D2X and a Nikon 17-55mm lens. The lens produces a really nice bokeh (blurred background).

Piece of cake. Took about 15 minutes. There are 5 screws underneat the steering column. Take those out. The cover around the steering column is in 2 pieces (top and bottom). They snap together and are held together by 2 of the screws taken out originally. Then the shift paddles are attached via 2 allen screws each (2.5mm). Two tips...I left the top cover on the steering column and just nudged it out of the way to get access to the top allen screw on each paddle. Also, it helps to turn the steering wheel left or right to get access to the bottom allen screw. I am not extremely mechanically inclinded so I'm sure anyone with opposable thumbs can do it.
