i must say i was very disappointed that this new track did facilitate more passing like most of the other additions. The race was boring.

i turned 22 on Sunday, and Massa gave the best gift by winning the race. i would say, he's the leading Ferrari WDC contender now. Kimi can't seem to solve his qualifying woes.

but i'm really concerned about Kimi. is it really the quali woes or just off form, or lack of motivation? he hasn't been on form since France, and he made a rare mistake by driving while the lollipop was still red.

i just hope he can get his act together fast. the next race is Spa, isn't it? thats Kimi's fav. track, but i see Massa winning that one too.

well, what else can we expect from a street circuit? the track is much wider than Monaco, but i think it has a really boring flow. i think, Singapore will be much more boring.

edit : i mistakenly thought DC was one of the chicanes :D

Is that a picture of FM about to make a successful overtaking move on LH?

LoL...but i'm actually saying this based on the fact that Spa is considered a Ferrari turf. remember, Ferrari didn't do too well at Monza. with Kimi being off form, i think Massa will take the win.

Are you suggesting that the ITV commentators used "hooligan speech"? Not so.

And in response to an earlier comment about the ITV commentators not giving credit to anyone who isn't LH, I caught a bit of the re-run late last night and after the race "a great drive by Massa" and "he didn't put a foot wrong" were two of a number of complimentary phrases used by Martin Brundle.

After FM's engineer had put the ITV interviewer firmly back in the box and reset the prevailing moral clock to 'fair dues'.
At that point Brundle's tune changed very smartly.

No, I don´t know ITV´s commentators enough to say if they use hooligan speech. But another English journalist have made really harsh comments in the past, specially last year. And I can really tell you that some Spanish journalists, wich I really know well, are worse than hooligans.

Anyway, don´t get confused by the occasional positive comment about the "local hero" rivals. They sometimes just can´t deny the evidence or want to look like objective journalists. But they always return to the hooligan speech when the controversy appears.

no point trying to point out anything to the UK 'hooligan' crowd ;)

Allen nearly wet himself when ONLY he thought LH was going to edge out FM for pole , he carries on like a little cheerleader and Brundle sits there like the also-ran he was backing up his "teamleader"
