Would someone be kind enough to inform me if changing the valve cover gaskets on a 360 is a fairly easy procedure. I also would like to know if they require any type of sealant. Thank You.

From what I was told about a 430, the job is a pain in the neck and mostly just lots of labor. The parts aren't too bad. Not sure if 360 is easier.

Thank you so much-it seems that I will have to leave it to the dealer. (I also have a pug, I love the little guy).

I did it myself a couple years ago - wasn't bad at all. If I remember correctly I used a tiny bit of Curil-T on the gasket.

It all depends on your ability as for how hard it is. Worse part is leaning over the rear fenders. I made a platform, kind of like an ironing board to get access from the rear of the car.

Thanks again-things are looking up, if the worst part is leaning over the fenders, this is something I can do. I have done several procedures on my 360 that required removal of both bumpers and the bottom tray. Thank you for all of the help. It affords me huge reduction in cost in doing this myself.

Is your car a convertible or coupe? I once heard the spiders are harder to do this job on. I bet the parts are under 100 but a serious hassle of moving stuff to do it.
