    FChat,
I noticed recently that when I first start up my 2015 458 Spider that the VDA screen shows the engine and tires in warmup which I expect BUT the VDA screen shows the brakes as Green/GO (already warm). This doesn't make sense to me. In the past I know it's taken some time to warm up the brakes before they turn green on that screen and you can also feel the difference when they're not actually warmed up. Also I live in Michigan so it's typically colder ambient temps during these winter months.

    1. Has anyone else seen this in their cars? Is there a way to reset the VDA system, hopefully that's all it needs to work correctly.
    2. Do you know which ECU in the car controls this VDA screen?

    Thanks for your replies.
    Frank

My ‘rotors’ are always green in the F8 too. I don’t think this ‘part’ is included in the actual temperature warm up… it’s just there for aesthetics. Only the engine and tires are functional with warmed up sensors to display
