I know this is a long shot but... here goes. My car is 1975 308GT4, Image Unavailable, Please Login VIN 10848. I purchased the car June 1998 from a private individual in Carefree, Arizona. At the time I made notes about its prior service but now I am trying to track down any bits of information about its history. I believe the car came from New Jersey. If anyone knows anything please post a reply.

Also appreciate any suggestions on methods or places to search.

    Thanks.

    Keith

Just as a bit of meaningless trivia; when I looked your car up in Urban's book, chassis number 10847 is an NART spider conversion.

Nice company in the factory that day.

BTW, the only info he had on your car was the red/black color.

    Good luck with your search.

Dr Tommy: a GT4 numbered 10847 could not have been in company of a NART spider numbered 10848.
The even sequencing of "Dinos" is not parrallel to the sequencing of "Ferraris" (= odd); it came later. So 10847 and 10848 were not produced during the same time frame: 10847 was on the production line in 1968; 10848 in 1974.

HaHa. I had a "senior moment". I know everything you posted already but for some reason when I looked it up and posted my response, I just wasn't thinking.

A little while later, it occurred to me that it didn't make sense but I got caught up in the hot P&R thread last night that I forgot to come back here and admit my error.

I should have know better :D

How do we upload a pic on this new format? When I click on "upload a file" and click on the folder with the file, it doesn't work.

Oh, I was pretty much sure you knew this already...it just felt I have to precise this nevertheless, because you never know, this is how legends are sometimes born nowadays...
