I found some old posts so I was curious to hear if anyone has been there lately? Is it worth a trip? Jim
My first semi real carting experience was at v17. It's nice and quiet over there as the carts are electric. I must add though that the staff directing traffic was a bit sloppy. Many times I would slow down real quick as I though I got flagged, but it always turned out to be nothing. I have yet to check out gpny.
In the amount of time it takes the droids at V17 to get you through the registration desk, the briefing, the excruciating wait... and then the race -- you will have done 2 races at GPNY!
they also screwed up on my time slip twice. Apparently my name was Johnson on the slip. (which it isn't). They insisted I typed it in ..
Yeah I second Emil on the GPNY suggestion. We'll get your racing in no time, and I guarantee you'll get off the track with a grin from ear to ear.
