75000km, but his signature would add history!! LOL! I did call the California car is still available and price negotiable... Have a good weekend!
Specially because the previous color combination was not bad,,and i think interior was original, even if slighty tired. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Especially as the golden paint has pearlescent luster in it and the interior is made of red matte leather. Whatever they smoked, must have been good... Best wishes, Kare
When they advertised it for the first time , It said in the advert the mileage was only 5000 km, so I contacted them to buy the car, and found out the mileage was 75000 km, the person who put it on internet had made a mistake, if not the car would have been already in the netherlands. I am still interested to buy a vetro, but for myself I really want one of the best.
Here a picture of the Lusso together with some other cars from Lepeltier, got this picture from Patrick Lepeltier. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Tony This photo is COPYRIGHT MARCEL MASSINI. I took it on the 7th August 2003 near Geneva. Marcel Massini
Here's a shot showing the complete Lepeltier collection in August 2003, from the same shooting near Geneva. The 308 GTB Vetroresina Verde Germoglio is the 4th car from the left. COPYRIGHT MARCEL MASSINI Image Unavailable, Please Login

Sorry Marcel, I did not know that, I do not know exactly where he gave it me, on one of the Maranello auctions or at LeMans Classic last year, but Patrick Lepeltier gave it to me. He signed it on the back and having heared a little of the story behind this collection and how it ended , makes this picture special to me.
19275 was purchased 1976 brand new by Michel Roger Lepeltier from official Swiss dealer Autodiffusion SA in Meyrin-Geneva. Verde Germoglio, of course. COPYRIGHT MARCEL MASSINI Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks Marcel! Amazing what lighting and probably also camera-quality can do with this color. In this picture it seems much ,much lighter than the pics of the 246-`s and the color sample . I let my painter mix up and spray a test panel.
I can say from personal experience, that is hard to find the right color!!! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Veep. Could this 2010 Ford colour be Ok for you, as it does not have to be a Ferrari colour? Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hi Grant , thanks for the input, but no thanks. Don`t want a metallic, for reason that it is on a racer, and will need some correction now and then. With the silver the car is now you see anytime you spraypaint a repair there is a small difference in colour. I like more the classic pale greens anyway.
The miura green has a little more yellow as verde germoglio. The second picture shows the De Tomaso 20-G-465 and the little pieces are the original verde germoglio from my car.
do you have the color code for the Miura color? I didn`t know the Verde Germoglio was used on De Tomaso too, learn some everyday!
http://forum.alfaclub.eu/templates/scarb/resizefix.php?originalsize=http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7252/7085171795_a49704a251_b.jpg this is the endresult, picture from first race last sunday , 4th and 3th place between modern 155`s and 147... took 4 seconds of the best time so far, now 2.05.6 at Zandvoort with still room for improvement. and no its not Verde Germoglio, I decided for a modern paintcolour, for ease of repairs. The painter had a difficult job obtaining the recipe for Verde Germoglio. And a good decision, first repair has allready to be made, paint scruffing from the start of the second race, the other guy claims he didn`t see me (and has big damage himself, drove into the pitwall after touching my left front with his right rear wheel...). Thanks to everyone for their input and pictures though.
