Wow, those speeds are simply crazy. I wonder if it'll stay the fastest 4G network when the phones hit (Thunderbolt tomorrow!).

did you have reception where you previously didn't?

I'm getting an iphone soon, but debating between switching to AT&T vs. staying with Verizon. There are parts of my building where Verizon signal is weak to non-existent. Does the iphone offer better build in reception then a generic freebie phone?

I've been very impressed by Verizon's 4g LTE network. Ive seen similar numbers in the metro detroit area.

When I first got mine it was right when VZW activated 4g in the area and the thing flew. 40+/dl speeds.

I got my thunderbolt the other day and it is blazing fast compared to my X on the internet and downloading apps.

Yes. In our office, it's pretty much a dead spot. Phone reception not good, 3G reception is spotty. With the 4G modem, full signal shown in the VZAccess Manager software.
