    Wow, that's actually a pretty good deal IMO, however I'm not too familiar with the Ottawa RE market.

    But for that price in Vancouver, I'd guarantee you that you wouldnt be able to find anything like that

    The interior is abit over the top, but the extrior and backyard is very nice!

    It is a, uuuugghh... interesting house, they have put a lot of work into it but it is not my style. I actually almost bought a house a street over from that one. It really sticks out as being gaudy IMO. It is too big for the lot that it is on.

    A friend has a house on the water in Crystal Bay, now that area is more my style. Too bad you need 1.5million+ to get on the water there.

    There is also another house on the water (compaund really, 200+ acres) in Dunrobin for sale for the small fee of 10 million. I wish I could convince a few buddies to go in on it with me! ;-p

    There is nothing nice about that house. Yes it is large, but architecturally its just that - a big house.

    Sorry Kyle but that house is so Green-Park-ish. No style. Looks like a house i'd see in New-Mississauga but on steroids.

    You can also count me in for a Miami Vice style house complete with a Black 1985 Mercedes 500SEC Brabus anyday! *drool* ;)
