Nice car, really nice looking wheels. Although it is an off color, I think it shows really well in the photos. Also, super low mileage. Nice find!

even at that color, that did not take long to sell with the buy it now. Although, it will most likely be relisted next week, as i see that happen a lot on ebay where a car sells, and than I see it again.

Here is why i don't think so. I was one of the bidders on that car. I was doing my due diligence, and kind of seeing what happened between 59,100 and 69,999 today.

Well, I snoozed and I loozed.

I recognize the name of that high bidder as someone I have competed against on other F355 Spiders lately, and I think he bought it to keep it.

Now that someone else, not in this chat has bought that car, I have a cynical question/observation. A mechanic at Beverly Hills Ferrari told me last week to be very wary of any cars coming from southern Texas, Lousiana, Mississippi, Alabama because they could have been salvaged after the hurricanes. How does one guard against buying one of "those cars?" My solution was to listen to what he said and not seriously consider cars south of the Mason Dixon Line (more or less), but that particular Spider sure looked OK to me.

your question has merits. this places additional emphasis for buyers to exercise due diligence with inspection (PPI) prior to buying.

    run a report from: http://www.autocheck.com/
Its not just that area, they been moved all around the US..have seen them in NJ & Pennsylvania. Should be evident in the report since would be a $$$$$$ insurance loss/claim

Looked at a green 355 in my search. Didn't do the car justice, IMO.
