Hi Charlie, Thats from my car, from my understanding my car was bought for Ferrari Germany as demo car and urgent. I used to own 355 F1 with ALL options possible and that car had also this same note.
I think in older days when the car had a lot options would get fast delivery. The story of my old 355 with this same Very urgent written was that he spec all possible options, then Ferrari gave him fast delivery
