Veteran Dumb Questions: 355 Pre-purchase Checklist

Ok my brothas,

I'm gonna try for the 355 again and I'm looking at one in Chicago. I'm a little rusty since I've been researching the 360 instead of the 355 for the last 6 months or so, so I'm going to need your help in case I'm missing anything. I apologize in advance if these are dumb questions, especially from a veteran Fchatter like me.

Here's what I remember from my years of research for the items to look out for:

1) Since its a 1995 - headers issue...the car has 32k on it.
2) The big ol valve guide debate -
3) Proper PPI before purchase with the right leak down and compression test numbers (the numbers should be within 10% of each other)
4) Sticky issue...
5) When was the last or most recent major completed

I remember these like glue, let me know if I'm missing any other major points. It is a spider so the top could also be an issue.
I also remember we had a Fchatter do an actual pre purchase checklist via pdf file, just forgot where it is.
