Speedo sensor is so easy to unplug and reconnect a week before it needs any maintenance, the SH is a mockery verifying the milage .Plastic cars rot , the chassis + frames from the inside out they are not immune .It’s probably due a body off rotisserie restoration .Due to its age and U.K. climate .

Limited market for the right hand drive version. No mention of major restoration work performed.. I would consider this to be well bought.

That’s the correct space saver wheel that came with the early cars. Actually stamped Dino on the wheel. Here is a better picture of one of these wheels. Image Unavailable, Please Login 3 1/2” by 18”.

Yep, can confirm one of my early steel cars had that same wheel..

I'd say well bought too, at that $$$$
But, point taken on the RHD market being smaller

The space saver does allow more room for the tool and jack rolls up front! I had a full size spare in my former 79 308. Not sure when they transitioned over to the full size spare. Probably 77-78 I would imagine.

You should consider selling it, they are worth a fair amount!

    Good day 4right,

Just guessing and a thought, but it is possible that some Country's Gov Regulations may have required a full sized spare and so could explain why Euro cars typically had the space saver spare and North American had full size?

    Cheers,

    Sam

If you read the auction Q&A they say belts don’t need replacing as were visually checked by a main dealer and looked OK - despite being last changed in 2013!

That’s one bit of advice I hope the new owner ignores for the sake of a few hundred pounds…

Well, the Owners Manual for these cars, 1975 thru mine in 1977, actually DID say to "inspect them at oil change intervals (6000 miles)" and change them (with tensioner bearings) to new at IIRC 52000 miles!

Quite the interesting fact, for NON CAT cars....

Oh that was well on 30 years ago.......Texas is so big that you are going to go a long way sometimes to reach Service.

So a full size spare certainly fit and made more sense.

    A 6.5" x 14" left lots of room, but even the Optional 7.5" x 14" fit fine.

All possible - None of it guaranteed.

At £130K, it's actually at the top end of the UK Vetroresina market right now, because the 308/328 market has dipped in recent years.

A year or so ago, Vetroresina's in the UK were selling for @ £120K~£140K in general, with some exceptional cars making £150K.

Today they're selling for between £100K ~ £120K in general - so £130K is strong money for a Vetroresina right now.
