Well it's really hard to say. In a way, i can't blame him because with the lack of testing, there's only so much he can do. MS struggled because of this, and i suspect Kimster is too. Alonso seems to be ok in blending in, but should testing be allowed, i see him challenging for the WDC this year.
I think it speaks to my point of having to unlearn everything at the highest level vs progressing into something. I'm not taking anything away from Daniel, but RB was a huge step forward...in everything... Car, people, testing, engineering... Everything. Seb already did all that at the highest level and fine tuned every aspect ... Car, driving style, strategy...everything. He almost has to go back to go forward in some respect and I think that not having the practice and the race laps really hurt him...not from just a pure comfort/experience standpoint, but also in the ability to relay what changes need to be made. In F1 every lap counts because it's in a constant state of flux. This where I give him credit...he may state that he doesn't like the car... That it's not suited to him, but each time he also acknowledges Daniels success and his own need to be better. I can respect that.
Dan's mopped the floor with him , who cares if he likes the car ... boo hoo for you Vettel , and I'll bet Webber is laughing all the way 4xWDChump ^^^^ obviously not a Vettel fan
Sometime in the future, I 'am not that much of a lunatic to say this year.. It was in reply to William not you
Yes it is possibly the case. Certainly credit to him on the highlighted bit, that is nice to see, and must be hard to swallow, but as I have said before, a quick look at his trophy cabinet may help in that regards..
For *four* years! One, maybe two, but four consecutive puts him among the very elite. Doesn't matter how good four different cars were, he still had to deliver. He's had some terrible luck this season, and Smiley Boy is certainly doing better with the current car than him, but anyone claims he won't be back is a fool IMO. (Not aimed at you BTW! ) Cheers, Ian
yep, and so was Webber, he was a mid-fielder until he got to RB and then the most dominant car for FOUR years had the titles, it was just a matter of which one was more favoured and Webber didn't come up through the RB training school
We know... As you've already stated you prefer purebreds to half cast. Who's family by the way is incredible and supportive. That risked everything for him to make to the top of the most amazing sport in the world and who stand side by side at his races. Mother, Father, and Brothers which is a great image for Mercedes. So, fortunately this is your problem and not the rest of the worlds as LH fan base is substantially larger than NH. Fan base per social media. LH/NR Facebook 2,638,330/621,734 Twitter 2,347,300/770,937 Instagram 610,000/54046 WOW! That is a huge difference and I think it directly speaks the the personalities of the drivers and some of NR fans. Best Regards
And what a fan base! Fan base per social media. LH/NR Facebook 2,638,330/621,734 Twitter 2,347,300/770,937 Instagram 610,000/54046 Again the difference is telling... Vettle's 4xWDC;s... Adrian Newey designed an amazing car! I always thought if you put Alonso or Hamilton in the same car next to him history would read differently. Best Regards
That's pretty amazing. I'm sure they're not all lunatics. I follow Lewis on twitter, incidentally....but not Nico
I couldn't care less about Hamilton's success on the social media. I am not remotely interested in Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. I like Nico Rosberg and I think I am entitled to my preference. I was never a fan of Schumacher or Senna in the past, and preferred Prost or Hakkinen.
