Doctors say no to Kubica at the USGP.
So Kubica's engineer doesn't have to worry about his visa anymore Quite a break for Vettel who is only 20 yo. It will be good to see what he's made of...
The problem is, if he's quick and shows potential, who do you ditch? Both Nick and Robert are doing an excellent job, especially Nick. This is like choosing between three hot girls for a threesome lol. They're all hot, but you'd feel guilty letting one go home!
good point, but if i were BMW management, maybe, 'loaning' him to another smaller team to polish his skills and make him more prepared would be a good idea.
Yeah but what's this I hear about Redbull actually loaning him to BMW? Don't they have the final say?
they'll have, but actually, they're just waiting for their cut in the contract. heck...maybe he can replace Liuzi soon? Speed has been doing a good job so far since monaco. just my opinion
Personally I'd just go ahead and make it a foursome but I guess that doesn't work when there's only one seat to a car. Should be interesting to see how Vettel does in an actual race. I'd hate to see Kubica lose his seat since he's been doing great, and Nick has been awesome so far so I certainly wouldn't want to see him go...unless there was a chance he might end up with Ferrari.
But notice during the Thursday interviews on Speed, it was Timo Glock and Nick Heidfeld doing the PR work?
Glock is leading the GP2 series I believe. As for Vettel, I cannot wait to see this kid race, he looks like he could be something very special. I predicted in one other thread he'd be on the podium, and I know that's a little optimistic, but I really think he will be near the podium. Mark
Vettel was close to the top of the time sheets in a few of the practice sessions. However like everyone says the race is different from any practice.
