Got an email from the Speed Channel website saying that Victory by Design DVD's are 20% off the regular price for the holidays. I promptly forwarded this to Santa, thought some of you might want to put it on your list as well.

No affiliation, just a fan of the VbD series, yadda yadda.

I only own the Ferrari one (big surprise), but have seen most of the others on TV - they are a great series!

I bought the Ferrari movie from VbD recently and I am not too impressed with it. Allmost all of the driving features are very short. The only ones that lasted more than about 1 minute were the 250 TR60 and the 312 PB. I expected more of it, thats all...

Well, I have seen the Ferrari episode on Speed, along with a few others. You're right 250GTO/64, the actual driving sequences are rather short. However, It's only an hour long show, but it's beautifully filmed, and they cram alot of cars into that hour. Alain de Cadenet's narration adds a real sense of history an mystique to the visuals, and in a total package, Its definately one of the best all-around automotive related television productions
