    GoPro all the way, they just released a new one, the Hero3 Black Edition. Should be great and right about $450 with a suction cup mount. If you have a spot where you don't mind sticking one of the adhesive mounts those are much more stable than the suction cups.

    edit: Where in VA are you?

    I got the Sony Action cam. It came with a few mounts but I wouldn't trust em. Nothing beats the 3M mounts from that come with the Go Pro, I wish they came with the Action Cam though. :(
