Check out this most recent of videos I shot Car is now fully delimited after the ECU reprogram by ICS and AA Video Google http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=586730041009152845&hl=en Video YouTube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tFbnzgQiX1E The car was not at max acceleration by the way. I actually ran out of road Hope you enjoy this clip
Where in the world did you perform this task? Other than on the autobahns of Germany, I do not know on what other public roads it could be done...
Close I cannot reveal the location publically ( for obviuos reasons) But it can be done asthe M6 acceleartes quite quickly from 110 mph. It does an 80 to 100 mph sweep in 3rd very quickly 'In this particular video i used a passenger camera mount and paused at 140 mph and again at 180 mph before proceeding to 196mph I actually ran out of road, otherwise I would have takenit to 200mph I must say this though. It was not on readily accessable public road and no other cars were around Cheers
I tell ya... In Italy, on the A7 highway heading southbound after just having passed Milan to the East (left), you can really fly. That road is straight for 15 miles. There I reached 180 miles per hour in a Ferrari 360 Modena! Regards, David
Thanks for the intel The road I used is even longer than that and complety straight for 20 oddmiles or so Cheers Jide
Yes that type of run does bring the "wow factor" into play The car is rock steady at those speeds there was no vibration in the cabin
If you ever want to make a run...let me know and I'll take you to a great location where are there are no cars at all. PERIOD. No pedestrians.....nothing...but open space and right here in NY
I've taken Ocean Pkwy 100s of times, and its really not that smooth and definitely not smooth enough that I would want to go 180mph+ Ditto with the "cool clip"
Already had it for 2 weeks, and already modifying it even more LOL Hit me up soon, don't forget MArtin
or Chuck Norris was in the back seat pedaling Flintstones style. No wait, then the car would have went faster than the speed of light. Nevermind....
Now i know you're joking right This was a real video shot on the road i respect this forum way too much to show up here with trick videos
Please tell me you're joking ha ha This is a real video the car was on real road not jacked up...but believe what you want I respect this board and its members way too much for hoaxes If you like do a search of this board for my other videos and ten you'll see that the videos are for real The M6 easily hots 196 mph and if you watch carefully you'll see that even at this speed the rpm count was only at 7000rpm and it redlines at 8259 Its a V-10 engine and all I wanted to demonstrate was its accelerating capability. Thanks for your comments though its all taken in good nature Cheers
