Is it just me or does that car seem to be going a lot slower than it sounds like it's going?

Hi Derek, I'm the guy wearing the yellow polo shirt on the video. If you are talking on the shots that show the two cars far away it is because those are really tight curves that are difficult to see from the angle of were the camera was mounted. The part where the two cars are racing side by side on the straightaway... we were doing 190 km/h

Kevin, thanks for posting the link.

The Trofeo is really really loud car . Louder than F360 Challenges .

What amazes me is the guy hand holding the camera in the Trofeo. I did that once on a rally in the Italian alps and became very ill soon after we started. It took an entire day to recover from that. Perhaps he wan't looking through the eye piece? So he didn't get dizzy?

Bob, the guy with the camera when I drive the Trofeo is my 21 year-old son Jorge and when I'm driving the CC and Jorge drives the Trofeo is my nephew Elias with the camera. Something I have not mentioned is that we all love big game fishing and the only motion sickness we get is when we are not in motion...

Where is this track in El Salvador? Just wondering because my wife is from San Pedro Sula, Honduras. I flew into San Salvador once, but never left the airport. Nice looking country though from my little time there & aerial perspective.

Jeremy, El Jabali racetrack is only 25 minutes outside the city of San Salvador near the almost 100 year-old lava fields of the Lamatepec Volcano. In some scenes of the video you can see the lava fields and also the volcano in the background... the city of San Salvador is on the other side of the volcano which luckily erupted to the opposite side causing damage only to coffee crops.

El Salvador is a country worth visiting; beautiful black sand beaches, rainforests, inactive volcanoes, Mayan ruins, excellent sportfishing for blue marlin and sailfish, world class surfing and many other attractions... I'm starting to sound as if I was the Minister of Tourism but its all true. Next time you stop at the airport take a few days to explore El Salvador... you won't regret it.

Wow, no helmets required on that track  I don't know, looks like too many trees & things to hit if you go off track. Full face is my only peace of mind.
