    I was wondering if it is possible to download a program or a game to practice playing the roulette. Or maybe practice online?

    Ok, you probably don't mean the russian one, right :) ?

    I guess there are plenty of casinos online....Anyway, as it's a game of odds, you can't learn many things, except doubling the bet each time you lose, but i doubt a casino in the world will let you do that.
    It's safer to play to colors than numbers, and avoid 00 roulettes.

    just write i program.

    i did it back in year 6 in 1986 and i got banned from computers for figgering out you can kill yourself 1/6th chance with a dirty-harry gun.
