Viewing Pictures

I apologize in advance for primitive like message, but I cannot open up any pictures (it says I do not have permission). Been a member for over a decade upon my first Ferrari purchase. Looking to do a job on my 550 tomorrow, see some great forum info - just can’t view anything. Any ideas? Changed computers, iPads, networks, servers, etc…..nothing. Subscribed earlier in the week thinking that would do it, nada
