OOOOOOOOH SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT...!!! i'll never forgive myself for that... i still don't know how you were so calm that day... i am so sorry.
"i still don't know how you were so calm that day... " It was a combination of the margaritas and the pot I was smoking
You dissapoint me Carb...................... I gave you the VIN of this car. (it's mine!!) Please show me the pics you have........................ ( [email protected])
Yeah, i know, but for some reason, i don't have the number... Nor do i have the plate recorded... Here's one of the pictures i have of your car... Image Unavailable, Please Login
LOL, that explains a lot... When i get a Ferrari, i want you to come out here, smoke Maragaritas, drink pot and then drive it... Whatever happens, happens; it's only fair...

Great thread!!! I had no idea that the Pope owned an Enzo once. I learn something new everyday on FChat.
Thumbs up Edvar!!! Even some new info for me in this list. Add: Exported to USA in 1983 by Mrs....(have to check her name on the plate in the car) Thanks very much. I'll keep you updated if something changes. Roel PS: Still very curious in which country it is originally delivered. At the Ferrari owners site no reactions on my emails......... ;(
i know... i'm disappointed in myself... i thought i had his serial number, but i guess i don't... Well i do now... Garrett, 141920 was made for the pope who, in turn, told Ferrari to auction it off and give the proceeds to the victims of the tsunami...
Given to the Pope, then the keys were handed back to Ferrari. They were asked by the pope to auction it off and give the proceeds to charity. That's why they had the Sotherby's auction last month at the factory. I think it brought $1.2M, it's in the latest issue of Sports Car Market. Now, let's see about that "special" 430 spider to be auctioned for the New Orleans folks. Make it happen Joesepi!!
That's a little unfair as Carbon wasn't claiming he had the details of every Ferrari, just that FML track the details of every one they can. As far as I know no-one (probably including Ferrari themselves) actually has a fully complete database of every Ferrari and certainly not the current whereabouts of every car. That's not to say that Carbon won't be able to come up with the answer, by the way! Jonathan
I don't actually know the answer myself, just know that there is one in town - I will see it on the 22nd though to end the mystery. I won't think any less of him if he doesn't know, I was just curious.
J.G., Jonathan is right, we don't know ALL the history on EVERY Ferrari ever made... If there is an F40 currently in Perth, we don't know about it, but i can tell you that back in 1994, S/N 93813 was sold from Milan to Peter Kweng Seng Chio in Singapore so he could export it to Perth... That car made it back to Italy at some point and was stolen on 11 October 2002...
Andrew Wass may know it, if Carbon doesn't. He keeps the Registry for the NZ Owners' Club and I know he keeps an eye on Oz as well. Jonathan
I think I was misunderstood, I never expected you to know everything but was just curious if you knew about this particular one. Thanks for the info, when I see the F40 on the 22nd I'll fill you in on the details.
That would be awesome, thank you...! Andrew definitely knows his stuff...! He's the guy to go with a question like that...
