Looking for shop that is comfortable with vintage 12cyl Lamborghini. I’m in the city but happy to travel out to burbs. Love Giovanni but it can be very difficult to get on his schedule. I’ve heard that Continental is a good shop and will work on non-F cars? This would be for light duty mechanical only. Anything big would head to Evans Automotive in Columbus. We just got done working on an Espada. Contact Gary, Taylor, or Scott in Service (630-655-3535) and they can assist you further!
Anyone ever use Imports Unlimited? I believe they are primarily engine builders but I saw a Countach in there before. I just need a water pump rebuild and I have all the factory parts in hand. Continental passed, said they hadn’t touched a Countach in 20 years. Mom never told me that Countach ownership would be this hard.? Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Imports unlimited doesn’t want to work on it either. If Anyone has a recommendation I would really appreciate it. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Try Skip Mccabe at Mccabe Restorations in Mundelein. He has had vintage Lamborghini's in his shop many times and knows mechanics that can rebuild the cars motors.
