excellent find.
If you can buy this car for anywhere close to $22K you are in great shape. The only thing this car needs in my opinion is the leather strap for the spare tire and replace the steering wheel for a true 550 steering wheel copy. That makes all the difference to me. It has the big engine, which is what you want.

 

Thinking about it, the price is as it is not bad. Its an 06 so it really is priced right.

i like this idea, john. i wanted, desperately a 1977 911 as my first car (my birth year). Never happened, but man did I try. I think 70's porsches are as cool as it gets.

BTW, the place in Delray Ron mentioned is outta biz.

 

Excellent find. Price is not bad either. Looks odd though. I would get a full side view first before flying there.

 

Nice car I think you ran at the HSR at Daytona this year.

 

It is not for sale at this time, but I have a fabulous RSR replica. Featured in "Excellence"; built by TRE Motorsports. I keep it in S. Florida. Use it as my "daily driver" when I come to S. Florida. Outruns Vipers and C5 Z-06 vettes at the track. Yet runs around town with no problems. Hopefully, my 575M will join it soon. Be happy to meet area gearheards in the Boca/ Delray area.
