Vintage racing ferrari quick lift

Hello everyone .
I have this very interesting piece that I don't have to much knowledge about . I did lots of research and I can't find any major information about it .
I can tell by welding and overall design that was made by ferrari,
Wheels are oem ferrari bearings and some joints as you can see on the pictures are suspension bushings used on cars from 60's.
There is a original tag on it, but writing on it is impossible to be recognized
If anyone has any specific info it would help me identify the jack .
I think It could be a museum piece .
