There was an old Ferrari at last weekend's Danville show, which I believe was being auctioned off. It was very original, well worn, and a restoration dream. I don't know exactly which model it was, but it was a small, front engined, right hand drive, red car, and it was a "Superleggera".

I've never really been into vintage cars or restoration that much, but this car captured my imagination, and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. I was there with a friend (we were driving the Ariel Atoms if anyone noticed), and both of us had the same reaction to this car. It looked so cool in its well worn state, that we couldn't decide if we'd rather restore it, or just drive it as is.

Does anyone have any photos or other info about this car, what year, model, etc.? Also, if it sold, does anyone know how much it sold for? Anyone else feel the same way about this car?
