    Hi all!

I'm coming up to the FoD track event on Sunday and am hoping to see a bit of Denver while I'm in town. I plan on arriving Saturday night and leave sometime on Monday after my car gets a minor repair done to the undercarriage. Do you know of any safe hotels where I can leave my car for the two nights? The first night I'll be in CO Springs and the second night in Highlands Ranch. Do you know of any interesting things going on that I might enjoy? I don't know Denver at all because I'm originally from New York, but have been living in New Mexico for a couple of years now. Also, am I going to meet any of you at the event on Sunday? I hope so, but let me know.

I plan to be there. Just look for a red 430 coupe with a stickshift. You should know the weather is predicted to get dicey late Sunday with possible rain/snow mix Monday AM. It should be better in the Springs and south.

    Tom,
If you are getting it repaired at FOD, they may be able to take it in Sunday night. Call and ask about hotels there.

Unfortunately I'm unable to make it on Saturday for the first day. If any of you are staying at the La Quinta, maybe I'll see you Saturday night when I arrive. Thanks for the weather update, I'll look for you and your F430.

We'll be there with our Elise.

As far as things to see in Denver, a trip to Detailers Paradise might be a good use of your time. :) In addition to car care goodies, we have a pretty good selection of Piloti Driving Shoes.

Stay at the Broadmoor in Colo Springs is a 5 star and they usu run weekend specials...and you aren't gonna have to worry about parking. Near the Highlands Ranch area, I would recommend the Inverness Hotel. You won't be sorry. Enjoy your trip! Check out Red Rocks Park if you get a chance...drive up 470 W to Morrison Exit. West to park. Run the steps! Don't forget your camera. You will get some awesome pix with your car in the rocks!
