Hi All, My wife and I will be visiting London for 10 days over Christmas. We are planning to do typical things while there such as Tea at the Goring, The Eye, We Will Rock You etc. We may rent a car for a day or 2 and drive the countryside (recommends on hire cars welcome, always wanted t spend some time in an Elise). I am wondering what sort of automotive-focused activities/events may be worth taking in. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Steve
Its worth looking back over recent threads for ideas It looks like many experience type things will shut for the break so no Lotus driving at Silverstone for instance You won't need a car around London only if you go outside and then its probably best to stick to the majors Come back with more specifics for better advice
I was thinking along the lines of automotive related museums etc. I know there're certainly some dealerships worth visiting along Park Lane.
It's certainly less car-active in winter. Seen last summer on Marylebone Road: Image Unavailable, Please Login
