    Leslie, Charles and I flew to Vegas to meet with Pimpdaddy and check all the many venues for the ScuderiaRampage event in April.
    We were spoiled by "Bobleb" who loaned us his MB AMG and his 550. We checked out the differents place where the event will happen and the next day, we went to the Parhum track to drive the course with the school's Vetts. I did some laps in the 550 while Bob kept breathing harder..On our way back, Gary (Vegas member) loaned me his Lambo Jalpa, he trusted me with his rare car but not enough to leave his girl friend with me ???
    Later on, I made a test to see if the 550 could hit 170 and left Bob and his AMG way back..His breathing must hit a high when I blew by him..What a car that 550. Pimpadaddy and I were in a hurry to go back to see the Pamela Anderson show!!!After the so called "fashion" show, we were all Pimped out!!!
    I'll leave one pic to leave your imagination to do the rest...Some night..We even got together with the Champ from Ultimate fight!!
    I can tell you that the event will be a fun one with many things to do (hope not the Pamela freak show).
    This will be a good way to get ready for our PPIR event in May.

    How was the Jalpa to drive, compared to a similar year Ferrari?

    Hi Matt, it was like a 308 but with a slight more power. You can tell right the way that the Jalpa was design by Bertone. The rear is like a 308 GTB4. Even from the side, the car has some 308 style.
    It pulled strong after 4000 rpm and the sound was better than the 308 engine.
    Stable and good brakes, couldn't fee; if fading could happen.
    The car looks real cool and it's very rare. i was very happy to have that chance to drive the 1985 Jalpa

    It was a CL55 convertible AMG. Very cool car with plenty HP but not enough to stay with me when I took off in the 550 !!!
