    I am visiting Wichita the 3rd weekend of November from PA. I see from the forum that you have a monthly meet the last weekend of the month, but wanted to see if there is anything going on the 3rd weekend. I will be stuck in a hotel, and thought it might be fun to meet some of the locals. Also, any suggestions of things that might be fun to do would be appreciated.

    Although "snow doesn't usually fly" until a little later, the "driving events" usually wrap up by about now, so currently, I don't think we have anything going on during the third weekend.

    As far as "things to do," here are some ideas-

    "Oldtown" area (bars, cafes, best movie theater ever)

    I appreciate the info. Since I am also a pilot, the museum sounds interesting. I may check out the oldtown area also.
