    Hi,
    I’ve seen plenty of threads regarding the Vitaloni steering column swich/stalks, removal, repairs, etc. However, I can’t find any instruction on how to remove the rotating top (see pic1). Mine (from a 400i) is well secured in there and I can’t quite figure out what’s holding it in place. Also, I’ve seen plenty of pics with this part removed to reveal the plastic “column” underneath it with a few stabs. However, mine has a metal band all around it (see pic 2). Any instruction on how to remove it is greatly appreciated.
