    Hi am having trouble getting a refund off vividracing.com. I ordered sport cat for my Ferrari 360 from them waited for delivery info took a month of sending emails and one call from Australia which is where I live then finally they said cannot supply.

    As I paid with pay pal told them it was easy to refund cancelled order as they could not supply the cats 1st of July still they haven't refunded.

    dose anyone know of vividracing from Gilbert AZ ?

    Is this normal for the USA to take along time to refund ?

    Any help would be appreciated

    Call your credit card company directly and let them know the goods were not delivered?

    Bad advice if you want to be able to keep using PayPal. Get in touch with them.

    Sorry for your bad experience Angus.
    I googled the company, and 'yelp'ed them........basically negative reviews till I gave up reading more!
    You need to push very hard on PayPal (who I think are just as bad as your vendor).

    Unfortunately, you have to keep pestering them. I had a similar experience with Vivid recently. I do not know if they are understaffed or indifferent. Either way, it takes way too long to enact simple actions!

    Here’s hoping your issue is resolved soon and in a satisfactory manner.

    sent paypal a complaint and it seems like there is movement now with the refund but won't relax until money is in the bank. will keep you updated.
