Voice recognition does not seem to respond

    When trying to bring up guidance - I get nothing at all. It is as if the system is not turned on, then after 10 tries I get a screen that pops up for about 10 seconds with all the commands available and shuts down. Wonder if I have a software problem.

    Any thoughts?

    system is buggy.

    I gave up on mine. I use Waze on my iPhone for GPS.

    Yep - I have concluded it is the easiest path. With car play it works fine.
