    guys i happened to get a cut on the bottom of my steering wheel (see pic), can i fix this by myself? or can anyone recommend a shop (near Los Angeles, Orange County, CA. area) to fix this problem...

    anyone have any source or recommendations please let me know.

    Superglue the ends of the tear to stop the rip from getting larger. Superglue is actually *made* for skin (and leather is just cow skin).

    Then I'd probably hit it with some leatherique. If that didn't save it then I'd take it in to an upholstry shop to be recovered (hassle with an airbag, though).

    Easy fix. Nice job.

    I like the heavy double-seam stitching on the 360, and I like the way that the instrument pod is integrated into the whole dash across the car.

    I may have to do that to my 348.

    I may have to go for Daytona-style seats one day, too.

    For your enjoyment, here is another "cut" steering wheel.
    It is located in a corner of the basement of the Peterson Auto Museum.
    It is Elvis' Pantera.
    It wouldn' start one time, he got frustrated and shot a gun at the steering wheel. You can see the bullet hole in the wheel through the windshield.
